lesser than dogs

Someone sent me a forwarded mail reg this poor lil dog whose owner burned her bcz she was being disobedient. The email goes like this. Tammy, the dog jump over the fence to the neighbour's house. Then, the owner got fed up and impatient, put her into her kennel and set it on fire. Dog lovers can help her by signing off at the bottom of the mail. Alot of ppl sign the petition to make sure just punishment were given to the owner..yada yada yada..pls dun sign here ok?

Doggie halfway across the globe cried for help and ppl all over the world wants justification. Only ppl or animals whom are ill treated and reported deserve our compassion and love? What abt the one sitting next to you in class? what about those passer-by and ppl whom u met at the bus stop? What about that neighbour, that housemate or that one was once a good fren?? Some kind hearted ppl would go all the way to save that dog but at the same time, would throw rubbish at their neighbour's yard. Jz think abt it, when u treat others less than yourself, you are no different from the dog owner that burned their dog alive. In your heart, are we much lower than this dog.

No offense wei. By all means, go and help the dog. They cant speak for themselves so we need to sound for them. But the funny thing is, when our friends ask for help, we'd turn on a deaf ear. Where is the love?
