mini pizza

I made corn beef and mini pizzas today. The corn beef is easy as u can get it at grocery stores like tesco, then fry it with cheese and parseley and serve with potaotes. The mini pizzas are a challenge. I have to use 2 pans to do that. One to cook the topping and cheese so that i can top the french bread, the other i used to cook the bread. So i kinda top it--throw it to the pan to grill it--top it--grill it--top it--grill it..however, cheese burn really quickly so while i'm topping the next one the previous one was burning...tough job..cz lacking of kitchen ware(like oven). mummy~~i need an oven!!! hahahah..with oven it will lighten my work load to 1/4..kakaka
