What happen when u find prawns of unknown sources in ur freezer?
yum~~ ^^
Butter Prawns
Ingredients:
Prawns!! of 500g
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp evaporated milk (can use normal milk ler)
5 tbsp butter/margerine
curry leaves
chili padi finely chopped
Seasoning:
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
dash of chicken stock granules to taste
then, cooking time:
1. fry the prawns
2. beat yolks and milk.
3. heat butter/ margerine in low heat. pour egg-milk mixture and start stirring!! the u'll get the fine shreds (if u keep stirring non stop, then it wil bcm bits, like mine)
4. add curry leaves, chili and seasonings.
5. Can add the prawns and mix. serve with warm rice =D
that day i made nyonya chicken..i was over excited and forgot to take picture of it b4 i ate. It was only when half the plate was gone then i realized..haha
